My approach is different. I take the time to genuinely get to know you before I begin a search. Meet the Founder, CEO and Talent Wiz
Sandra Ormond
Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, Sandra began her hospitality career after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2000. Her career soon took her across Europe, where she lived and worked in Germany, Italy, and Spain before immigrating to the United States.
In the U.S., Sandra continued building her career with leading hospitality organizations, including Marriott Hotels, gaining extensive experience in operations and leadership. She later transitioned her focus entirely to Talent
Acquisition, developing expertise across agency recruiting, in-house talent acquisition, and consulting.
Today, Sandra brings together her international business background, operational leadership experience, and
recruiting expertise to help companies identify, attract, and secure the right talent.
